How to replace the lash adjuster on the right side on 2007 Cadillac XLR?

In order to replace the Lash Adjuster on the right, please first remove the right valve rocker arms so that the camshaft follower must remain matched with the shla and its assembly location was original. Then, take out the shla from the right Cylinder Head bores and clean the dull and check the lash adjusters. Make certain the Crankshaft is in the top dead center (TDC) for the #1 cylinder prior to infusing the shla with a clean engine oil, without damaging the pivot sphere region of the shla. Now lubricate the shla bores of the Cylinder Head using clean engine oil, install shla into bores, and re-install right valve rocker arms.
