How to replace the hazard and turn signal flasher on 2007 Cadillac CTS?

In order to change the hazard and turn signal flasher, pull off the instrument panel, closeout/insulator panel on the driver side. Remove the flasher module and remove the electrical connector. Installation requires re-attaching of the electrical connector, fixing the flasher module and attaching the driver side panel.
