How to replace the camshaft on 2007 Buick Rainier?

In order to change the camshaft, disconnect camshaft cover and sprocket bolts. Tension chain with Camshaft Sprocket Holding Tool. Unscrew the camshaft caps and camshafts. Apply oil to the lobes and journals and re-fit the camshafts and caps accordingly. Hamper the bolts and place the camshaft cover.
