To install a non-coaxial cable to fit in place of the navigation and cellular telephone antenna, disassemble the back seat cushion, back, and other trim coverings. Unplug the antenna cable with the radio module, lay the carpet aside, and cut off the exposed ends of the antenna cable. Install the reinstalled new cable, reattach and re-install everything that has been removed.
