Starting the antenna replacement demands removal of the rear shelf trim panel then pushing the sound barrier to the side for better access. Disassemble the navigation antenna on the rear shelf with a small wide-bladed plastic tool followed by unconnection of the navigation antenna cable connector. Wipe remaining adhesive from the rear shelf by combining razor blade work with an isopropyl alcohol pad and clean lint-free cloth. The installation process requires cleaning the rear shelf surface in the navigation antenna location using an isopropyl alcohol pad and a clean lint-free cloth before you remove the protective backing from the navigation antenna adhesive. Keep the adhesive backing free from human contact. To install the navigation antenna attach it to the rear shelf surface for 30 seconds then connect the navigation antenna cable connector. Reinstall the sound barrier followed by the rear shelf trim panel.
