The outer fender splash shield must be fitted first then a rearward push-pin inserted into it followed by installing the remaining push-pins into the splash shield. You should now install the inner fender splash shield to the vehicle before using push-pins for attachment. Finish installation by reinstalling the tire-wheel assembly then lowering the vehicle.
