How to replace the liftgate bumper on 2006 Chevrolet Equinox?

In order to replace the liftgate bumper, open the liftgate and remove tail lamp. Unscrew the bumper-bolts, and strip off the bumper. Install the bolts, fit the new bumper and tighten the new bolts. Install the tail lamp again, liftgate, and bumper.
