To change the brake shoes, elevate and lift up the vehicle and change the brake drum. Delicately loosen the adjuster spring and take off the adjuster actuator, return spring, park brake cable and hold-down parts. Wipe down everything, check the damages and lubricate and then put it back together. Adjust brake shoes and park brake cable and re-fit brake drum.
