The Catalytic Converter replacement starts with Catalytic Converter removal. The rivets securing the Catalytic Converter heat shield need to be drilled before you remove the heat shield. Place the new heat shield in its installation position before securing it with new rivets then finally reinstall the Catalytic Converter.
