How to replace the Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan for the 2.2L (L61) and 2.4L (LE5) engines on 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt?

To change the radiator fan and shroud of the 2.2L and 2.4L engines, unplug the electrical connector and cut out the fan wire. Lift the car, take off the fan, and air dam. Grasp the radiator and lean it forward to take the fan assembly off. Install back in the reverse order making sure that it is aligned.
