How to replace the power steering cooler (W/RPO FE4) on 2006 Cadillac CTS?

In order to change power steering cooler, one should first take down the front air deflector and position a drain pan beneath the vehicle. Disconnect the steering power fittings and the cooler nuts and then take out the cooler. Install the new cooler, screw the nuts in, reconnect the hose, and the air deflector. Lastly, drain the power steering system.
