How to replace the right Blend Door Actuator on 2006 Buick Rendezvous?

Start by removing the instrument panel (I/P) compartment before you can replace the right air temperature actuator. Remove both the right hand temperature door lever spring along with the right hand temperature lever before starting right hand temperature door work. To begin the right hand temperature actuator replacement you should first disconnect its electrical connector and unscrew its mounting screws before removing the device. Place the new right hand temperature actuator into position then fasten it into place with mounting screws that need tightening at 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Connect the electrical connector of the right hand temperature actuator before setting the right hand temperature lever to the right hand temperature door maintaining proper alignment of the actuator's pin with the lever's slot. Reinstall the I/P compartment before connecting the right hand temperature door lever spring to the lever and HVAC module case. Finish by recalibrating the actuators.
