How to replace the Seat Heater Pad for the front seat on 2006 Buick LaCrosse?

In order to change the Seat Back Heater Element, disconnect the electrical connector by removing the front seat. Remove the seat back cover and carefully remove the heater element. Fit the new element by pushing it into the seat back, reconnect the electrical connector and refit the seat back cover and front seat.
