How to replace the front seat back Seat Heater Pad on 2005 Buick LaCrosse?

In order to change the front seat back heater element, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the front seat, and disconnect the electrical connector. Unscrew the seat back cover and slide the heater element out. Installation of the new element, electrical connector, secure the wire and putting the seat back cover and front seat back.
