How to replace the Blend Door Actuator (Single Zone) on 2005 Chevrolet Uplander?

Starting the Air Temperature Actuator (Single Zone) replacement requires removal of the driver side knee bolster. First disconnect the electrical connector of the air temperature actuator which can be found in the proper location. Remove the actuator's securing bolts/screws before taking out the actuator component. You should also take out the actuator lever whenever needed. Install the actuator by replacing the removed lever into the door frame properly because it fits in one specific orientation. You should place and fasten the actuator using bolts/screws while tightening them to 1.2 N.m (11 lb in). After connecting the electrical connector again you must reinstall the driver side knee bolster. Finally, re-calibrate the actuators.
