To change the shift cable to a floor shift, remove the console and take off the cable on the control assembly and the transaxle range switch lever. disconnect the cable to the bracket and grommet. To install it, run the cable through the dash panel, and fasten it, then reconnect it with the assembly and reinstall the console.
