In order to fit a replacement turn signal switch, one needs to switch-off the Restraints system and get rid of the trim covers. Removal of the wire harness assembly, turn signal and multifunction switch assembly connector. Take the assembly out of the steering column tilt head, and then install the new assembly and reconnect all the parts before reconnecting the trim covers.
