    A: When replacing the valve Rocker Arm and push rod, remove the valve Rocker Arm covers and arrange the valve rocker arms, valve pushrods, and pivot support in a rack for their correct return in their original spots. Then, take out valve roker arm bolts, valve roker arm and support for the valve roker arm pivot and then pushrods. Anyways, if it is clean, inspect the valve, rocker arms and pushrods. To reinstall it does not need valve lash, disconnect but place back all components for the original place as it is net build. Lubricate the valve rocker arms and pushrods using clean engine oil, also the bolt flange of the valve Rocker Arm bolts. Install the valve Rocker Arm pivot support and make sure the pushrods seat well in the valve lifter sockets before placing them. Make sure the pushrods also seat properly at the Rocker Arm ends, but leave the Rocker Arm bolts just where they are for now. The rocker arms and bolts should be installed after which the Crankshaft rotated until number one Piston be at the least dead center of the compression stroke with the cylinder number one rocker arms being at the off lobe lift and the Crankshaft sprocket key at the 1:30 position, with the align marks at 12 o'clock positions. With the engine in the number one firing position, torque the exhaust valve Rocker Arm bolts 1, 2, 7, and 8 to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.) and intake valve Rocker Arm bolts 1, 3, 4, and 5 to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.). Turn crank vase 360° and apply a dozen nm (22 ft. Lbs.) of torque on the bolts of the exhaust valve Rocker Arm on 3, 4,5 and 6, and 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.) on the intake valve Rocker Arm questions number 2,6,7 and 8. Finally, mount the valve Rocker Arm covers.
