Begin replacement of the Power Steering Reservoir outlet pipe/hose by placing the drain pan under the vehicle. You need to remove two clamps: first the outlet hose clamp from the Power Steering Pump and second the clamp from the outlet hose to the Power Steering Reservoir. First disconnect the outlet hose from the motor vehicle. The installation process requires fitting the outlet hose first to the Power Steering Reservoir before moving it to the Power Steering Pump. Install the outlet hose through retaining clamps before continuing with power steering system bleeding.
