How to replace the Release Hood Cable on 2005 Cadillac XLR?

In order to install the Hood Cable, one will need to open the hood and take out the air cleaner assembly and associated parts. Unscrew the release handle screws, unscrew the grommet and disconnect the hood cable with the latch. Install the new cable, install the handle, attach the cable and reinstall all the parts.
