How to replace the camshaft on 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT?

In order to change the cam-shaft, open the hood and loosen the hinge bolts. Then take out radiator support, front cover, the valve lifters and the camshaft sensor. Position the timing marks, and loosen the camshaft sprocket bolts. Cautiously take out the camshaft, clean and examine it and lubricate and reassemble. Tighten all bolts and re-assemble.
