How to replace the memory seat switch on 2005 Cadillac CTS?

Start by stickin a flat-bladed tool under the front edge of the switch to free the retainer from the door trim panel followed by unattaching the electrical connector of the lock switch. The flat-bladed tool should be used to remove the locking tabs from left and right sides of the switch before taking out the lock switch. You should install the Door Lock Switch by placing it into the door switch bezel while connecting the electrical connector. Push down on the front part of the Door Lock Switch while inserting its rear part into the door trim panel for proper attachment.
