The replacement of the rear compartment lid lock cylinder requires the removal of the retainer of the lock cylinder and opening of the rear compartment. Disconnect actuator cable by unscrewing the lock cylinder and the gasket. Install new lock cylinder and gasket, reconnect actuator cable and close rear compartment.
