How to remove and replace the power mirror switch on 2004 GMC Envoy?

In order to replace the power mirror switch, remove the screws used to hold the switch plate assembly to the door trim panel, and lift it out. Unscrew the electrical connectors and take away the assembly. To install, the switches are connected and then the assembly is fastened to the panel using screws.
