The installation of the new multifunction switch/air bag clock spring assembly proceeds with sliding it onto the Steering Column while keeping the centering tab bound until final installation to prevent misalignment. Center the sir coil when you retain the existing assembly. Secure the assembly through 3 pan head tapping screws at 3 n.m (30 lb in) torque setting.
