How to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor on 2004 GMC Canyon?

In order to change the Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor, position the car on the ground and loosen the engine wiring harness of the CKP sensor. Take off sensor and O-ring seals and replace them with new O-ring seals that have been lubricated with engine oil. Install the sensor again, seal the threads on the bolts using sealer and reconnect the wiring harness.
