How to replace the Rack and Pinion Boot on 2004 Chevrolet Corvette?

To install the J 22610 Keystone Clamp Pliers to take out the outer tie rod and the hex jam nut to install the rack and pinion boot. Take off the old boot clamp/ boot and fit a new boot clamp and grease. Make sure that the boot is well seated and then clamp it in place combining the tie rod again.
