How to replace the rear wheel bearing and hub on 2004 Cadillac Seville?

Vehicle maintenance begins with suspending the vehicle then extracting wheel parts including the wheel followed by removing the rotor before starting hub and bearing replacement. First disconnect the abs sensor wire electrical connector before removing the Wheel Bearing and hub retaining bolts and completing the removal of Wheel Bearing, hub and dust shield. Clean both the bearing face and the lower Control Arm bore before adding the replacement components. After installing the dust shield and Wheel Bearing and hub onto the lower Control Arm follow up with a 68 nm (50 ft. Lbs.) torque when securing the Wheel Bearing and hub retaining bolts. Installation continues with the brake rotor followed by abs sensor wire electrical connector reconnection and tire and wheel replacement before lowering the vehicle.
