How to Address Issues with the Radius Heat Shield on 2004 Buick LeSabre?

In order to change the Power Steering Gear Heat Shield, lift the car and prop it up. Take off the stabilizer shaft links and turn shaft downwards. Unscrew the plastic clip, and un screw the retaining bolts to remove the heat shield. Fit the new shield, screw-clamp the bolts, reconnect the clip and re-fit the links.
