How to replace the catalytic converter on a dual exhaust system on 2003 GMC Savana 2500?

To change the Catalytic Converter on dual exhaust system (Left), first lift the vehicle and also to disconnect the oxygen sensors. Remove exhaust hang bolts and hanger off the vehicle, making sure to adhere to precautions for exhaust service and using protective goggles and gloves. Next, remove the nuts securing the exhaust flange to the catalytic converter pipe and the nuts securing the exhaust flange to the muffler pipe, then remove the exhaust pipe and the rubber flange gasket. For installation, extract the oxygen sensors from the old part of the Exhaust Pipe into the new part of the Exhaust Pipe tightening it 42 nm (31 ft. Lbs.). Reinstall new gaskets to the Muffler flange and to the Catalytic Converter pipe flange, and then reinstall the Exhaust Pipe. Fix the Catalytic Converter pipe to the Exhaust Pipe with nuts by tightening them down to 48 nm (35 ft. Lbs.) followed by similar procedures with the Muffler to the Exhaust Pipe. Connect the Oxygen Sensor connectors, mount Exhaust Hanger and bolts and tighten the bolts to 17 nm (35 ft. Lbs.). Last, check the exhaust system for adequate clearance and alignment of all components prior to lowering the car.
