How to replace the alternator bracket on 2003 Chevrolet S10?

In order to change the generator bracket, cut off the negative battery cable and then detach the engine cooling fan, drive belt and other parts. Unscrew the bolts that hold the generator mounting bracket and replace it with the new one and screw it. Lastly, replace the generator, drive belt, engine cooling fan and install the battery cable again.
