How to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2003 Cadillac Seville?

To change the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor, switch off the ignition and empty the coolant. Dislodge the ECT sensor harness and delete the sensor. Lay sealer on the new sensor threads, and install with tightening to the required tightening. Reconnect the Harness and coolant system. Care must be taken when handling the sensor so as not to break it.
