In order to change the air compressor, lift and prop up the car. Unplug the air tube of the air dryer and the air hose of the compressor. Disconnect electrical and air inlet hose. Relocate the compressor to the back to get it out. Replacement involves reseating it and re-attaching the parts, filling blanking shock absorbers with pressure and then driving.
