To replace the hazard and turn signal flasher, remove the driver side I/P closeout/Insulator panel, then take off the flasher module from the I/P carrier and disconnect the electrical connector. For installation, connect the electrical connector to the flasher module, slide the retaining clip onto the I/P carrier, and reinstall the panel.
