How to replace the evaporator core on 2002 Chevrolet S10?

In order to replace the evaporator core, leak testing is required to be undertaken using the Halogen Leak Detector after removal and installation. Disassemble different parts, take out right fender, blower motor resistor and evaporator tube. Removal of the evaporator module, sub-assembling and changing of seals when necessary. Re-assemble and re-fit parts making sure they are correctly clamped and drip-free.
