How to replace the outer tie rod end on 2002 Chevrolet Prizm?

In order to change the outer tie rod end, lift the car and take out the front wheel. Record the tie rod positions, loosen the inner tie rod nut and remove the outer tie rod. Install the outer tie rod again with the matchmarks and tighten the required components. Raise the toe in the front, and tighten the jam nut.
