How to service and repair the evaporator core on 2002 Chevrolet Impala?

In order to service and repair the evaporator core, loosen the HVAC module assembly as well as outer seals. Separate the recirculation housing and defroser actuator. Remove the screws on the top and disassemble the case. Take out the evaporator core, water core filter. Install new seals and combine the HVAC module.
