How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 on 2002 Chevrolet Camaro?

To replace the heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) bank 1 sensor 1, you have to lift the vehicle and secure it properly. Unclip the ho2s and carefully remove the heated Oxygen Sensor backing out with care so as not to damage the threads of the Exhaust Manifold or Exhaust Pipe if the engine temperature is less than 48°c (120°F). When replacing the new sensor, use anti-seize compound p/n 5613695 to the threads to make future removal easy since the compound combines graphite and glass beads. Hand start the heated Oxygen Sensor and subsequently tighten it to 42 n.m (31 lb ft) before connecting the ho2s electrical connector to it.
