How to replace the Air Bag Clockspring on 2001 GMC Safari?

Replacement of the Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Air Bag Clock Spring, turn off the SIR system, and take the steering column trim covers off. Disassemble the harness wire assembly and take off the retaining clip and Air Bag Clock Spring. Make sure that components are aligned and installed correctly, and install the trim covers again and the SIR system.
