How to replace the Hood Cable for the Primary Latch Release on 2001 GMC Jimmy?

In order to change the Hood Primary Latch Hood Cable, open the hood and remove the negative battery cable. Take off the windshield wiper washer reservoir and the underhood fuse block. Close the hood latch, unhook the cable and remove the clips. Take the new cable and run through cowl panel and fasten. Install battery cable and install components again.
