How to replace the power mirror switch on 2001 Chevrolet Tracker?

In order to change the power mirror switch, take out the screws and cut plate of the instrument panel. Open the retaining tabs on the back of the panel to release the rearview mirror switch. Once it is removed, install the new switch, re-install it and fasten the trim plate using screws.
