Before replacing the rear Brake Disc on dual wheels check the brake master cylinder reservoir fluid level. If it sits midway between marks you need no fluid adjustment but must drain excess fluid to achieve this level. Set the hub and disc connection going onto a hydraulic press to extract wheel studs from the assembly. When installing the wheel assembly place the hub and disc parts in correct position then insert wheel studs and put the wheel back in place. When the engine is turned off lower the car and use brake pressure up to two-thirds of the total range before easing off pressure. You should push the brake pedal 15 times before each cycle to make sure brake calipers and pads properly fit in place.
