  A: The first step in replacing the Throttle Body assembly is to remove the air inlet duct , pcv breather hose , and throttle position (TP) sensor connector . Spinning the throttle lever will disengage the accelerator cable plus throttle valve cable if present and you are to loosen the electric connector from the idle air control (IAC) valve. Remove the 2 coolant hoses from the Throttle Body and drain the cooling system. After that, remove the accelerator cable bracket and Throttle Body bolt, as well as 2 Throttle Body fasteners. Strip off the Throttle Body and gasket off the Intake Manifold, but remember to scrub any unremoved gasket substance. For installation, insert new Throttle Body Gasket and attach the Throttle Body to the Intake Manifold with the help of 2 nuts.
