How to replace the Camshaft Position Sensor on 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

To change Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor switch off the ignition and dismount the power steering pump. Unplug the CMP sensor and loosen the bolt and check the O-ring that is worn. Apply clean engine oil on the O-ring, insert the sensor, screw the bolt, reconnect the sensor, and replace the pump.
