How to replace the Air Bag Clockspring in the steering wheel module on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

To replace the steering wheel module coil of inflatable restraint steering wheel, put the SIR System off and take the module. Unscrew the steering wheel nut with a mark that has to be remembered. Take out the tilting lever assembly, shields and loosen wire harness straps. Install the new SIR coil assembly, make sure it fits correctly and reassemble.
