How to remove and install the Air Bag Clockspring Assembly / Spiral Cable on 2000 Cadillac Seville?

In order to take out the Air Bag Clock Assembly, turn off the SIR System and take out the steering wheel assembly. Unscrew the tilt lever system and take off the upper and lower shroud. Removal of steering wheel module coil, it should be ensured that it is perfectly aligned when fitting it back. Lastly, reinstall the parts and configure the SIR system.
