How to Replace the Center Console on 2001 Buick LeSabre?

Two front side fasteners and two rear side fasteners that secure the console assembly to the floor need removal for replacement. There is a two-step installation process which includes lifting the console assembly before disconnecting its electrical connector. During installation connect the electrical connector then position the console assembly accordingly with the floor mounting holes. Use fasteners (2,3) on the console assembly then tighten them to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
