How to service the turn signal flasher on 2000 GMC Jimmy?

To service Turn Signal Flasher, open the glove box and press the retaining tab. A flat-bladed tool should be used to loosen the plastic retainer that holds the flasher to the body harness connector and then the latter can be removed. Get the new flasher and install it then screw it back up and place the glove box back.
