When replacing the endgate bumper of a utility car the lower side bumper bolt should be removed and then the upper side bumper bolt loosened to turn the side bumper and spacer clear. Install the side bumper, then spacer and then the upper side bumper bolt, align and then fix the lower side bumper bolt.
