How to replace the A/C Expansion Valve on 2000 Chevrolet Venture?

In order to replace the thermal expansion valve, refill refrigerant and lift up the vehicle. Take out A/C line block fitting bolt and close the open lines. Disconnect the A/C lines of the thermal expansion valve, and eliminate O-ring seals. Install the new valve making sure that it is sealed and tightened. Install back the components and test.
